Data processed: There is no contact form on the website; contact takes place by email. If you write to us, we process the data you send: your email address, your name (if you provide it), the content of your message and any attachments.
Consequence of not providing data: Providing data is voluntary. Without an email address we cannot reply, and without a message the content of the enquiry cannot be understood.

Google LLC (Gmail) – because of an existing forwarding rule set up by the artist, the mailbox also forwards incoming enquiries to the artist's Gmail mailbox.

Transfers to third countries: The Microsoft service above (Exchange Online) runs in a region within the European Union (West Europe), so there is no transfer to a third country at this point.

GitHub, Inc. and Google LLC, however, are companies based outside the European Union (in the United States), so serving the website (GitHub Pages) and forwarding to Gmail involve a transfer of data to a third country. Both providers are certified participants in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, which provides an appropriate safeguard under Chapter V of the GDPR.
